  Lucy the manager at the Verizon Vectra store in Pacific Beach was amazing! She was so patient and informative with my dad and I! We first had gone to the Verizon store at Sports Arena and they were so unhelpful and treated us like we were bothering them with our questions. Then they told us our business line is too complicated and for us to go home and call the business line customer service. I was so upset. We drove home and decided to stop at the Vectra store and Lucy with a smile asked how can she help us? Right then I new We were in good hands! Lucy wrote everything out on paper for my dad and I to see with our phone plan. They had to order my phone and a week later I picked it up. Lucy helped us along with a 2nd person named Stephanie. My old Samsung Galaxy S10E was breaking fast. It would freeze and shut off. I was so afraid that they were not going to be able to transfer my photos and videos and contacts because of my breaking phone. They were so persistent and were not going to stop even though it took way over an hour to transfer my stuff to my new phone and they did it! I am so grateful to Lucy and Stephanie!

  Went to trade in my phone for a new one and was offered a "free" iPad to which I asked if there were any additional fees and if I could use it only on wifi and the associate Emmanuel told me that it was free and there would be no fees. Fast forward to an hour after leaving the store where I check my Verizon account and see that a new line was created for the iPad and I was going to be charged $10 a month for it. On top of that I had to pay a $50 activation fee in store, and my Verizon account had an additional $40 activation fee posted to my bill. I went back to the store and told Emmanuel that I need to return the iPad because I was not aware of the future charges on my bill. He apologized and said "That's my fault for not explaining it better". During the return process, he said that he would need to charge me a $50 "restocking" fee. I explained that he did not disclose all of the information about the charges to me and I only had the iPad in my possession for 1 hour. He said there was not much he could do about it personally, and so I demanded the invoices to call their corporate. Fast forward a week and the store manager was able to refund me the activation fees and restocking fees. Fast forward to today, and I still see $70 in charges to my bill for the iPad on my Verizon account including ANOTHER $40 activation fee and $10 for the cellular plan (which again was never told about nor signed up for). I feel SLIMY after dealing with Victra and would have much rather just ordered everything online. This process has been a huge disappointment.
