Went to trade in my phone for a new one and was offered a "free" iPad to which I asked if there were any additional fees and if I could use it only on wifi and the associate Emmanuel told me that it was free and there would be no fees. Fast forward to an hour after leaving the store where I check my Verizon account and see that a new line was created for the iPad and I was going to be charged $10 a month for it. On top of that I had to pay a $50 activation fee in store, and my Verizon account had an additional $40 activation fee posted to my bill. I went back to the store and told Emmanuel that I need to return the iPad because I was not aware of the future charges on my bill. He apologized and said "That's my fault for not explaining it better". During the return process, he said that he would need to charge me a $50 "restocking" fee. I explained that he did not disclose all of the information about the charges to me and I only had the iPad in my possession for 1 hour. He said there was not much he could do about it personally, and so I demanded the invoices to call their corporate. Fast forward a week and the store manager was able to refund me the activation fees and restocking fees. Fast forward to today, and I still see $70 in charges to my bill for the iPad on my Verizon account including ANOTHER $40 activation fee and $10 for the cellular plan (which again was never told about nor signed up for). I feel SLIMY after dealing with Victra and would have much rather just ordered everything online. This process has been a huge disappointment.

This Verizon team is phenomenal. They answered every question that I asked, and then some. Super friendly and hard-working squad. Manager Lucero Cruz is super technical with her wording; I was in and out in about an hour and felt super satisfied with my purchase. She recommended what I needed and what I didn’t need so that made it 100x easier. Great store overall 👍.

After 2 days of coming to the store and an impossible amount of stress and time. Frankie got it done! My order had been messed up and closed by a precious associate (no hate to him but made things harder) Frankie was able to help me out and call anyone and everyone to make sure I walked out with my new phone. I appreciate his patience and diligence soooo much. Took my 1 star experience and turned it into a 5 star. Thank the phone gods for Frankie

The black gentlemen working the front desk has zero knowledge about Verizon products or plans. I wasted a half an hour waiting to find out he can't help me 🙀
