There is only one person working in the store and 8 customers in the store. Such a joke for customer service. The salesman certainly not familiar with the procedures and flow. He had another person on the phone helping him to input information and upgrade an account.

- DCDan CongOct 6, 20171.0Avoid this store if you can. The sales person in the store will say anything, regardless of true or false, to let you buy from them. I was told that i can open a new line and switch number later. But when I came back to do the switch, another one said it is impossible, and the original sales person no longer worked there. The other time my wife went and they charged her >$100 for upgrading a phone, and told her it was charged by Verizon. Later we found out Verizon had no idea of it and it was all made up. I guess it is just how they work, anyone can stand there without any training and say anything they want! AVOID!
