    Very rude and unprofessional staff! Despite the fat that this branch is just 0.5 miles away from my house, I always go to Carmel Mountain or other branches as it’s hard to tolerate the aggressive and unprofessional attitude of the staff at this branch! They firs keep you waiting for no reason when they are talking to each other, and are not helpful in the end! Surprised why they are still there!!

    This Verizon Authorized Retailer (Victra) has extremely unprofessional and deceptive staff. The salesperson told me, “If I provide service to you, then you need to buy these items bundled with the phone.” In other words, I was told that I would not receive service or phone activation unless I purchased items that were bundled with the phone, which I did not want. These charges were not clearly disclosed in advance. I was only told the total amount, without a clear, itemized explanation of what I was being charged for. When I returned to the store to request a return, the employees were aggressive and dismissive. They laughed at me, continued to provide misleading information, and claimed the items were “bound,” “non-returnable,” or that I had to “wait 24 hours,” none of which is true. After reading other Google reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident, but a pattern of unethical and misleading behavior at this location. I strongly recommend avoiding this store and going to a Verizon corporate store instead.

    This stores availability of iPhones cannot differentiate between stock and returns. I payed 600$ for an iPhone 16 but they said they could not give it to me because it was actually one that someone had returned. Their website said it was available and in stock when in reality it was not available. They still took payment online of course before saying this. This stores staff is only really looking to make money without actually having to do any work. Zero help with customer service for the situation that is their fault and zero knowledge of how to help the customer solve this problem.

    Initially purchased my phone at the College Road location, then decided to change to color so I headed to this location on Westview Parkway. I ordered my exchange phone here and had it shipped here since it was closer to home, however, when I came to pick up the shipped phone I ran into an issue. The manager said to wait as the safe would be opened, came out with a phone out of the box that was the same color/model that I had ordered. Asked me what memory space I had ordered, then went back into the back. When they came out they said my phone had been stolen? I was then sent to another store with the color/model I needed in stock, but couldn’t issue an exchange because the stolen phone that was ordered for delivery was still pending. Eventually I went back to the College Road location where they were able to quickly complete my exchange. It has been the longest 8 days, with a lot of driving around, & the most disappointing experience I’ve had during my 13 years with Verizon.
