At the time, I remember being totally convinced that this was going to be my perfect forever phone. But as time unfolded, it didn't quite work as I thought.

01/12/26 I called to get the screen fixed at ubrealifix in front of Mr. Moto Pizza and next to the Ralph's an CVS. They told me that if I have insurance, which I do, that I need to submit a claim to Verizon. With the insurance it I free, without, it is $295. This was not communicated to me at Verizon. So, I called on the way to ubreakifix and was on the phone for 32 minutes. First they wanted me to confirm something. In a text. I was driving so I couldn't do that. Then they put me on hold. When they answered, she wanted me to check my email. So I had two minutes and they transferred me to a different department. It should not have taken that long for a human to answer the phone. This could have been reported when I was at Verizon on Friday. 01/09/26 I dropped my pixel and the screen stopped working. I guess this is a common issue with this phone. I drove to sports arena and they were closing at 7 pm. They directed me to the Verizon in Mission Valley which was open until 8 pm. I checked in. They do not have a bathroom so I had to go across to the Mimi's Restaurant. ( They were cool about it and it's in and to the right.) I waited and a woman helped me. They do not repair phones. They had some deals and I bought a phone and watch. I have 30 days to try them out to see how they work. The watch is kind of big and I worry it will get caught on things. I'm so grateful that she helped me even after the store closed. It was warm in there, BTW, and they need more comfortable seating. It would be great if the phone cases are bright and easy colors to find in a cavernous purse. Free, plentiful parking outside.

This location never answers the phone, lied about credits they were going to add my bill and VIOLATED MY PRIVACY. My bill is now $15 a month higher than what we agreed on. I sent my brother to have them fix it, given I’m a 3 hour drive away from this location and they NEVER answer phone calls. They let him go through all my bills, receipts and even let him order something through my account. When it came to fixing the situation regarding the credits, the employee Ian told him “actually, you know what I just remembered? You’re not an authorized user on the account so we won’t fix that for you.” Mind you, HE HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT and had him sitting there for 2 hours prior. If that’s the case, then Ian violated my privacy by allowing him into my account and to order something in the first place. So unprofessional, and a huge waste of 2 hours in your store. Be mindful when opening an account at this location.
