I went here just to see if I can get a phone upgrade and one of the reps explained it all. I am giving 5 stars because the efficiency of this place overall getting people in and out as quick as possible. I also appreciate the sales representative (Cesar) who helped me who did not try to upsell me on anything or waste my time!

The amount of tine writing this review was the amount of time I was in and out of there. Worst customer service. 1 person waiting and 10 standbys online. Say they are not going to refund the phone until we completed the hour quest and mission of waiting inside the god dam store.
All in all, do not go to this location specifically if your tryna make a return. OR ANYTHING.
We just bursted right out the door when we were told to wait an hour to return 2 phones.

Adrian was absolutely awesome! They took good care of me a few months ago. I damaged my phone and we did some zigging and zagging to ensure that I got what I needed. Unfortunately, the Verizon 800 number operator was awful to Adrian. It was hard to listen to that. It was super unfair and unhealthy for Adrian as a person and an employee. Hopefully, the 800 number person has since apologized. Great location!

Yusur at Verizon was amazing — professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. Truly the best experience I’ve had at any phone store! Verizon needs more people like her!

As I walk in, girl with pink hair doing her lashes in front of the store, I felt like I was walking at a cricket prepaid store. Second, seems she didn’t want to help with an order when I know they can. Smelling like weed. Third, girl who helped us kept going to the back and to the front with all my information without telling me what is going on. All she said is to wait and she stays in the back for 30mins without any help. Worse place to get a phone with a salon going on and dispensary….
