- IIIzabellaJan 4, 20261.0This location never answers the phone, lied about credits they were going to add my bill and VIOLATED MY PRIVACY. My bill is now $15 a month higher than what we agreed on. I sent my brother to have them fix it, given I’m a 3 hour drive away from this location and they NEVER answer phone calls. They let him go through all my bills, receipts and even let him order something through my account. When it came to fixing the situation regarding the credits, the employee Ian told him “actually, you know what I just remembered? You’re not an authorized user on the account so we won’t fix that for you.” Mind you, HE HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT and had him sitting there for 2 hours prior. If that’s the case, then Ian violated my privacy by allowing him into my account and to order something in the first place. So unprofessional, and a huge waste of 2 hours in your store. Be mindful when opening an account at this location.
