    I received absolutely abysmal customer service from Bianka at this store. I came in seeking help and she responded in the most condescending manner I have ever experienced. When I tried to ask questions, she repeatedly interrupted and corrected me, refusing to engage with me until I used the “proper terminology.” I’ve never written a review on google before but this was so awful that I had to.

    My husband Michael and I have been loyal Verizon customers for 15 years, but after dealing with recurring poor customer service and constant technical issues, we were seriously considering leaving. We've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, but nothing ever seemed to improve. That all changed when we visited the Clairemont Verizon location off Genesee. From the moment we walked in, Val completely turned our experience around. With over 10 years of experience with Verizon, her expertise and professionalism were immediately evident. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and made us feel truly valued as customers. Val seamlessly addressed all of our concerns, resolved our issues, and even went above and beyond by ensuring technical support followed up with us the next day. Thanks to Val’s exceptional service, we decided to stay with Verizon, upgrade our phones and plans, and feel confident that we now have someone who genuinely cares about our satisfaction. This was hands down the best Verizon experience we’ve had in years, and we can’t thank Val enough for making us feel heard and taken care of. Thank you Val! Overall a great location and staff! I know the stellar service we received will continue with the rest of the staff as Val sets a new standard for customer care.

    As annoying as online/phone orders can be, it is always better! I had a frustrating virtual experience which was eventually canceled, so I went into this store. I told the agent exactly what happened and then waited over 15 minutes. This person came out with a contract that was over $11 per month than what I was previously promised (several hundred dollars)-. I took them to the offer on the display phone which showed the lower price. We argued for a few minutes and I was denied. I walked out and ordered the cheaper plan without the store, no questions asked. The phone has been great for over a month. Edit to add: If you buy a phone from this place they automatically need to add a $17/month protection plan EVEN IF YOU SAY NO. At least we were notified of this. If I chose to get my phone from here, I would have had to call in to cancel the plan
