- RRRosyFeb 8, 20261.0BEN, the man working the front of the store on 2/8/26, conducted illegal and unethical behavior during his shift. Upon walking in and explaining my reason for the visit, he immediately cut me off and told me Verizon customer service was wrong for sending me to a store. He then begrudgingly tried to connect me to a customer service rep on the phone. He asked to see my phone for some reason and proceeded to read my private text notifications in front of me and said, “whoever [name] is texting you, tell them no I cannot do that.” Reading private client communication is surely a VIOLATION of employee policy and law. In addition to the illicit behavior exhibited by Ben, he was incredibly rude, condescending, and spoke poorly of the company. I will be pursuing corrective action through the proper legal channels.

A disgusting violation of privacy. He was abrasive and the person on my account felt like he hated being there or hate having to assist people who aren't buying things. All he told my account manager was what he couldn't do. They were told to come to the store by customer service over the phone because they said the store could help. It's understandable if it truly was not an issue he couldn't help, but his demeanor was he was trying to turn my account manager away at all costs. I am disappointed and actually saddened as I have been a customer for 17 years and have never been treated this way. Please send "Ben" home when he acts like this, he obviously needs a time out.

I came in seeking help and she responded in the most condescending manner I have ever experienced. When I tried to ask questions, she repeatedly interrupted and corrected me, refusing to engage with me until I used the “proper terminology.” I’ve never written a review on google before but this was so awful that I had to.
