- TBTom Brooks5 days ago5.0Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Keon, General Manager of the Verizon Store in Pt. Loma. I was first met at the door by Keon — name, phone number, etc. — all very welcoming, cordial, and professional. Keon told me it would take a moment, but within a minute or two he was standing there, offering to help me with my phone. There was a lag at the door, and instead of waiting for one of his staff to help me, he didn’t waste a moment and stepped in himself, taking care of my every need. I also noticed that Keon kept a watchful eye on the door to ensure that anyone walking in was taken care of immediately. I own my own company, and I am always grateful for an employee — and in this case, the General Manager — who keeps a close eye on the business and fosters strong customer relationships. Keon is one of those young men. What a pleasure and blessing to work with Keon, and what a fortunate organization to have such a young, talented, and committed man on their team.

I had a great experience working with Alex, who worked to get me the most optimal plan and pricing structure and who was delightful in the process. He and his manager were both highly attentive, and in the end helped me recoup $ from an earlier transaction that they realized was off. Very pleased and happy it was so quick and easy.
