This is the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. The sales staff and managers lie to customers and wait for you to get a surprise bill that you have to fight with Verizon for 2 weeks to remove all the additional lines that they talk you into activating. Regardless of what their sales people tell you they are commissioned for additional lines so don't fall for it.

Do not upgrade your phone at this store. This is not a corporate store, but an authorized Verizon store. My husband and I went in to upgrade, and our experience was the same nightmare described by many other reviewers. Very confusing explanation about the trade in of our old phones and discounts available on the new. The best deal supposedly required us to sign up for two new phone lines, which the salesman told us about after already adding them. He said it would be cheaper to pay for these lines, given the discount we'd be getting on the phones. In addition, the store itself - not Verizon - charges $25 per phone to transfer data from the old to the new phone. You can do this yourself, or Apple stores will do it for free, so never pay for this.
Thank goodness, I called Verizon customer service after leaving the store to try and understand what our bill would be. The very helpful agent looked through our account and immediately eliminated the very expensive extra two lines, which he said were not required to get the new phone discount. Further, he told me that the store had somehow signed us up for Netflix, Disney, HBO Max, Hulu, and ESPN+, paid through Verizon. None of those subscriptions had been requested or authorized by us. The agent deleted those as well.
If you have upgraded your phone at this location, be sure to call Verizon directly to verify charges on your account and make adjustments. You will only get a run around if you try to work things out with the store employees. Three or four years ago we had a good experience at this store. It's a shame they are so deceitful now.

I grew up here so I've been to this store at least 3-4 times. I HIGHLY recommend getting an appointment online. Walking in with no appointment yesterday, since it was raining and a holiday I didn't expect it to be busy.
The entrance has check in kiosks but they are not currently functioning. Regardless, I walked in, saw a few people already in the store so I just waited. I was greeted warmly within 10 minutes, explained I don’t have an appointment so I totally get waiting. He explained the wait time and I expected as such - hello I didn’t make an appointment haha waiting is to be expected and I see other reviews showing just how impatient and irrational people can be.
Dennis helped me with the actual phone purchase. He came out from the back and showed me some options, walking me through calmly and explained everything thoroughly. I have a disability so going to places alone can be nerve wracking. Dennis took his time, helped me with all my questions and gave me different options for my new phone plan. In these times more than ever, we have to try to be kind to each other - please be kind to anyone working retail/customer service! His kindness and professionalism with the details of the phone were outstanding. Him and everyone else working yesterday made sure everyone was either being helped or told when they could expect to be helped.
My dad came to the store to help me with payment and sang his praises of Dennis and the rest of the crew. He called ahead to ask for information for me (with my disability he wanted to cover all the bases) and they helped him over the phone. Great service!
I’m so happy with my new iPhone 17 pro! This store rocks and if you make an appointment you will be helped right away. Even if you have to wait there’s stores all around this location. Highly recommend Verizon in Carmel Mountain Ranch!
