No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. When I approached one for help, his attitude was openly rude, condescending, and clearly uninterested in assisting me. All I needed was a PDF copy of my last Verizon receipt; something customer service rep on the phone told me could easily be done at a corporate store. Instead, I was met with short, dismissive answers and constant side conversations with another associate who was just standing around. When I asked for the receipt to be emailed, the rep said, “The system won’t allow me to do that,” and walked away. No effort, no explanation, no professionalism. After 20 years as a Verizon customer, I’ve never experienced service this disrespectful. The lack of basic courtesy and accountability here is unacceptable. If you expect real help or even basic respect as a paying customer, avoid this location.

He told us about all the plan options and helped with honest suggestions about phone choices and costs. Then when I look at the charges they are exactly as he promised. I suggest you use a Verizon store ONLY and I would use this Verizon store and schedule an appointment with Kels if you want accurate information and costs. Also, there is plenty of parking.

When I found cost errors, their manager wouldn’t see me until I insisted twice. Then when I asked direct questions, she replied, “don’t tell me how to do my job.” At the least, do your research before you go and get your FULL quote printed out. They’ll “forget” to mention activation fees and temporary line surcharges.
