Great attentiveness and care for our pets, called and was able to get an appointment for my dog the same day. (he's already doing better with some medicine, and it's been under 24hrs!) They have a phone # to call 24/7 that can recommend an emergency clinic nearby if needed for worst case scenarios. We love it here! Panda and Capone are happy to see them.
- SBS BDec 1, 20181.0I called in and they hung up on me maybe because they were busy but then when I walked in there power was out and they said they can take care of me so I came in with my cat and they said it’s going to take another 45 min before we can see you with an attitude I said ok that’s fine, I waited and watched every other person walk in after me get in before me maybe because this was my first time ?? NOT COOL GUYS
