- LCLily CatFeb 16, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The staff does not appear to be properly trained, as we were given inconsistent information multiple times. We had our pet cat tested& examined , and later received a text message of the results. When I asked for an official copy of the results to be sent via email, I was told they do not provide email copies and that the text message was the only result they could give because the test was done “in-clinic.” That is unacceptable. As a pet owner, I expect proper documentation, Medical test results should come with proper documentation — period. However, when I spoke to the manager, I was told something completely different — that they could send an email copy, but only after the doctor was available and that it would take about 24 hours. So which is it? The lack of consistent information is extremely concerning and shows a serious communication problem within the clinic. What was even more concerning was the doctor’s behavior.He examined our cat and spoke with us, but just minutes later approached us and was talking as if we were there about a different pet— a dog. It was concerning and unprofessional. It made us question the level of attention and care being given. That level of confusion immediately raises concerns about attention to detail and pet safety. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and careless. I would not recommend this clinic based on our visit. I would not trust them with my pet’s care again.
