The family cat Zeus add a red spot on his backside that seems to be inflamed we found it Friday but spent the weekend trying to get him in to see a vet. Finally I got a hold of VCA main Street hospital and got them a appointment on the same day. It was a quick consultation and medicine was given to Zeus to make him feel better. We are so happy we got him seen today. Much love to the VCA system and the main street address in particular.

I've been coming here the last year and was recommended by my work to come here. As our work cats are treated here. The communication last year became terrible. No updates after appointments before we left, no communication. I discussed this with her doctor. Communication became better for a brief while, sadly our doctor left. I got a call back from the doctor over 30 hours of waiting last week!! A brief conversation not much plan other than keep my cat on probiotics for the month. This was after being in urgent care and having my cat hydrated and given medication. The vet is closed on Saturday now which seems to have slowed service down and made communication even worse. Again we are sitting in the specialty urgent care to see about a possible food allergy as my cat puked this morning. Since I cant get into the vet for help any sooner than the 20th now, and dont get much resolve via phone either. This is disappointing as we are paying for packages and not receiving good care. The emergency line is just as bad very flat rude, and uncaring. The only place I seem to be able to get help now is the specialty urgent care. We wait for hours pay extra and its only way I can see to get help. Or receive any call backs/action plans is from the specialty care. I dont know what's going on it's disappointing, and poor service.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about VCA Main Street Animal Hospital! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The front desk made check-in easy and stress-free, and the technicians were so gentle and kind with my pet. The doctors took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. You can truly tell they love what they do and have a passion for animals.
The level of care here is outstanding—they go above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident. I left feeling so reassured knowing my pet was in the best hands possible. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and top-quality veterinary care!
