It took me almost five minutes of it misunderstanding me before I finally got transferred to the right department, where I then got to start waiting on hold for another five minutes to talk to a human. I found out that they have EXACTLY what I need in the store, but it left me pretty annoyed with the Best Buy brand overall, that they are cost cutting and using crappy AI that is not at all ready for this level of customer service to seemingly justify understaffing their stores.
