- MKMadison KirkmanJul 21, 20225.0I bought my computer into a man at geek squad without a reservation, and although the computer inexplicably fixed itself, I took up probably 25 minutes of the man's time and he felt since he didn't do much that I didn't owe them anything. I had bought the computer at Best Buy, and through no fault of Best Buys, the performance has been lack luster, but they have helped and were very polite in helping fix the issue and in making informed opinions about better laptops etc.

The phone customer service is super backed up all the time so I'm glad in store help is available. I like the geek squad insurance protection plan and always insure my phone through them.

The worker didn’t help at all, he just did what I did previously and I tried to do everything, troubleshooting, going into logs, everything, and I had to pay $200 dollars just for a black screen to be fixed. Great service by geek squad! (sarcastic).
