- DGDale GuevarraOct 3, 20251.0Went here cus my computer might’ve caught malware and I wanted to be safe and asked them to look into it and then do a total reset for the computer including deleting everything and reinstalling Windows 11. I was promised a 2-3 day turn around time and a phone call to update me on day 1 of the repair to see what they found. I got none of that. When I called for an update on day 2, the bozo that picked up was condescending and proceeded to tell me it’s going to take 5 days to 1 week for my computer to get fixed. I went in person to get an actual timeline and they actually said that they just finished with my repairs and that they didn’t find anything but reinstalled Windows 11. I took my computer home thinking that all was good. Next thing you know the computer is crashing every 5 minutes. It won’t even load to the Home Screen at certain times. These bozos convinced me to pay a $200/year membership for mediocre work. My computer was worse than when it came in. I don’t even know how that’s possible. Don’t waste your money on these people and pay a real IT for diagnostics and repairs.

So I definitely recommend going to this store and conducting any electronic business that you show interest in.

I called the number and it directed me to a call center in india and they wanted my address JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! It took forever but i got an appointment. Then i wanted to cancel so i called again and i could barely hear the person and this time it took 20 MINUTES TO CANCEL i was even redirected to a "manager" finally got it canceled. Never using geek squad again
