None of the phones on display had any information on them and when I asked the employee about it she turned a phone over to show a post it, stuck to the back of the phone, that had the model info. That doesn't tell me anything! She didn't try to help me, even though she asked if she could, when she approached me. Completely useless and not helpful. Very disappointed. If this is how Cricket treats it's customers I"m thinking it's time to switch providers.
