- KFkristen forsterMar 12, 20201.0Worst cricket experience ever. It was under new management where the GM told me about their leasing option in which i got a iphone11 for my son. He offered several things for free if i purchased the phone only to later on find out the accessories were added to my lease agreement. When i went in to take everything back no one could assist me because they can only cheat people out of their money but not give them back a refund. I was told to go to another location in order to get help in which it took the other location 2 hrs to be able to properly refund my money and cancel the lease on the iphone. Based off this experience i will be cancelling all five of my lines and transferring somewhere else
