I went into this store dealing with an active fraud situation. my SIM card was stolen, someone took over my phone number, and they changed my account PIN. I had all my information ready: billing address, order history, proof of purchase, literally everything someone could ask for to verify identity. The woman working here was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. When I explained that Cricket’s own system was locking me out and directing me to go in person to a store, she told me to “just call customer service.” So I did right in front of her. I put the call on speaker and showed her how the automated system immediately kicked me out because the account PIN had been changed by the fraudster. Rather than help or even pretend to care, she literally rolled her eyes and said that “her store is by owner” and there was “nothing she could do.” She didn’t attempt to verify my identity, didn’t try to escalate the fraud issue, didn’t offer alternatives. Just attitude and refusal. She was more interested in shutting me down than doing her job. If this location can’t handle basic customer service or follow fraud protocols, they shouldn’t be operating under the Cricket name. Avoid this store at all costs. They do not help, they do not care, and they will make a stressful situation even worse with their unprofessional behavior I believe her name was Evelyn. She wouldn't tell me when I asked, but I saw that name written on the whiteboard. The girl with the terribly patchy bleached hair
