  If you have not noticed, this is by far the best rating Cricket Wireless has ever received from me. The young lady who tried to help me did all she could within her capacity. She should get a promotion.

  I had a great experience today 9/24/25. Alma at Cricket in Linda Vista, SD, was relaxed, patient, thorough, regarding my new purchase of a high end cellphone. She went the extra mile/ above & beyond to make sure that my new expensive cellphone worked well after my old one had bulging backside. In fact, when I asked her the day before about a different issue on my old cellphone, she pointed out that the swollen back of my cellphone is a potential issue that can be dangerous. I would have never known about this serious issue, but would've guessed it's only a cosmetic issue from probably a too tight cellphone case. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so much, Alma and Cricket Wireless. God bless.

  Don't go here. Got charged for a service for a phone we couldn't use and no refund. But not told can't get refund. Basically they should check to see if a phones unlocked and useable to set up service fee. They should also change policy and refund u if u can't set up a phone with them. Just don't get cricket. U can walk away with no phone and no service but they will take your 75 dollars . Bad company and employees don't care. U will just give them money and get no help or service and no phone and no phone number. And so when u go online to dispute or ask about it or even call main number then u won't get help cuz we had no cell phone number give for proof of account to dispute To begin with. So we only lost money cuz they didn't check to see if the phone would work that we brought in before charging us in first place. Do not go with cricket. U won't get help. Just lose money. As long as they're paid by the hour..they don't care. If u went to fast food and didn't get what u came for u wouldn't be charged or if u were the. You'd be refunded. If u went to a store and didn't get what u wanted, u wouldn't be charged and if u were,you'd be refunded. If u go to cricket and don't get a phone on and Or u dont buy a phone.. then u WILL BE CHARGED AND NO U CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. make it make sense. that company needs to fall as did Budget Mobile. Let judgement hit that too.. and what was secure- in jobs- by it, fall too..
