- CACollazo AraceliOct 16, 20255.0Just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Alberto this last weekend. He was just amazing in helping me get my phone situation figured out. He knew everything inside out and was so fast with the phones and with getting things straightened out. Even when we told him the wrong information and accidentally disconnected my son’s phone line that we didn’t want disconnected he was able to fix the problem. Not only was he really competent at her job but I also really enjoyed visiting with him while I was waiting for my husband. He is super friendly and was really nice and personable.
