  Absolutely terrible service on July 1st 2024. The Latina lady was late. I was there at 9 a.m. and it still was not open. She didn't get there until 9:10 or 9:15. Then she tried telling me that I get a free phone. Yes I would get a free phone but with the bundle comes with tempered glass and a case which I would be charged 40 bucks for. Cricket doesn't tell you that in a small print. It's a good thing I brought along my own device, I paid a cheaper price. And she took forever doing this transaction. Also made me late to my job at Walmart. terrible terrible terrible terrible service. Further edit. I won't be back to this location

  False advertising on Letgo. No credit needed but they sure should have mentioned that they require your bank account info to get the deal. I called before going and no one answered. Wasted $40 on a round trip uber. Not cool.
