- RBRyan BigginDec 15, 20255.0I just needed to get new prepaid phone plan and I tried t mobile and it never worked, customer service nightmare so I got refund and found this place right by my house Bella was super friendly, helpful wasn't pushy and I was out door in less 10 minutes with phone service. Beware of Total Wireless next door they aren't friendly and read their reviews I definitely recommend going with Cricket, I tried others first and this was best experience by far. Ask for Bella

See Marbella or Gilbert They know their business! 110% the best cricket store and very very clean !
- UMUMER MALIKNov 13, 20251.0I went to this store yesterday and the girl was way too rude. Her name tag said Tiah or something. The whole store smells like weed. The floor was very dirty and it smells like a dead raccoon in there and when I asked her she literally raised her voice at me. I literally want the responsible people to come and check it out because the people working in your store clearly don’t care about your business. Anyways i switched to Total wireless next door. Amazing service and works better than cricket in Tijuana. Free iphones and free samsung phones. Verizon is the no 1 career now i believe it because the service really works awesome and i am so glad i switched to TOTAL WIRELESS by verizon.
