    Store assistant manager Wyatt is rude and has no interest in making sales. He would rather tell customers they are trespassed cause the word moron was used after a conversation was had with him about his poor customer service skills. look out customers of bestbuy you have no right to an opinion. Trespassed by ASSistant manager Wyatt cause his authority was questioned. Wyatt needs more manager training BestBuy

    Don’t go to the geek squad here. If you do not have Sam help you. He was rude and dismissive. I have a two year warranty on my hp computer that covers and all damage. We even called the store before hand to set an appointment which on the phone they said I would be no problem to fix with the warranty. When we got there Sam tried to say it was a software issue and tried to charge a 100$. This is a bait and switch, also he did nothing to diagnose the problem if he had checked the error code he would have seen that it is commonly related to a battery issue. Horrible customer service all around.

    A good store to buy electronic gadgets , accessories, computers, mobiles, etc. The staff in general is helpful, particularly Mr. Chris. See some customers dissatisfaction over not promptly attending to warranty complaints or attention within the shop.Management should resolve these ASAP for retension of customers.

    Never buying a phone from best buy again. A lot cheaper to go through Motorola website. Rep took my trade in and was about to sell me the same phone. Don't get why he didn't show me the phone before processing the trade. Said it couldn't be undone now I had to take a phone. Purchased one in stock even after telling him the one I was there to buy. Paid 400 for it where I couldve gotten it for 150 on Motorola's website I have best buy a chance but now completely understand why they close stores
