BRIAN checked me in on an early morning Sunday in January. I was there to pick up my laptop that needed repair. Sat near where BRIAN instructed me . 30 min later I asked another worker to check on my pick up and she couldn’t find me on their system. She then asked BRIAN if he was the one that helped me because I told her he did. Only for him to deny that he ever helped me. I was asked multiple questions only for her to check in the back herself. Only then did someone bring my laptop to me .

Very bad experience. They have a bad system that I don't know what am I waiting for. One lady told me i am the 2 nd
One in the line but after I haven't been waiting for 20mins people got served before me. Apparently they didn't have a system to track the line and make it very efficient

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Recommend going to a different Apple Store. Being a customer of Apple for 15 years, I shouldnt be talked to in a condescending manner while trying to have my phone fixed. Staff member even scoffed and laughed at me when I was asking about the options available for fixing my phone. If I had her name I would mention it but I left the store and don’t plan on going back.

TLDR: broke my phone (more)during a repair, wouldn’t do anything about it, were rude, and waited hours milling around.
I had a very negative experience at the Apple Store with my iPhone repair. I booked an appointment for 3 pm and was not helped until 330 during which the person who was supposed to help me was in back and I was out front and I was just milling around like a lost puppy with my toddler.
Finally I was told they could help me and they looked at my phone and I had done the diagnostics beforehand, great. So it was going to be $350 to get a new screen since mine was cracked (but the phone was still functional, just cracked).
I agreed to the price and they took the phone for 2 hours. I came back at 530 and again waited half an hour to be seen (the lack of actual knowledge about your place in line is terrible). They said that not only did we not fix your phone (because I supposedly had water damage- not sure why it didn’t show in diagnostic?) but also— they made my phone completely non-functional. As in, the phone screen will not turn on!
The “genius” who “helped” me could not have been more rude and sarcastic. If you don’t want to fix my phone fine, but you actively made it worse! He said tough- here’s your phone by. Only by escalating the issue (another 30 minutes- my toddler is now breaking down) he Fiiiiiinally said they would give me a replacement phone for the screen replacement price. Fine, I took it, but I’d be 4-5 days without a phone.
Now I have my phone and just want to let everyone know you will be spending a long time at the store walking around like you’re lost just waiting for someone to come find you whenever is convenient for you. The 2* would have been 3 or 4 but truly upset by the terrible attitude of the person who was supposed to help me. I’ve probably bought $30,000 in Apple hardware and software in my life but will definitely think twice if this is their support model.

Ayla is the perfect example of a tech company having people as good as their products, and is the reason you stick with Apple, the service. I was there for a lengthy cell phone carrier switch, and phone purchase. Ayla, Ryan, and Jerome made what should’ve been otherwise painstaking process incredibly enjoyable. They stuck with me and advocated for me with AT&T for almost 3 hours. It could’ve been a terrible experience yet was an absolutely incredible one. I am very grateful for the whole team there.
