  Apple keeps circling the drain closer and closer. 2nd pair of AirPod Pro 3 that has failed in less than 2 weeks. Typical response from the geniuses that it will take 5 days to replace. That’s unacceptable. Apple resting on its reputation.

  The sales staff is dismissive and not very helpful. They act like they are being bothered by you who is a customer trying to buy a computer which is not even a best seller for them. I suggest they train their people on how to interact with customer.

  Worst costumer service. 15 people hired to work at the store but only 2 people actually working, others just hanging out and being rude to customers

  I am extremely disappointed with this Apple Store at UTC. After their “repair” my iPhone started working worse than before: the battery drains much faster, the phone constantly glitches, the signal drops very often, CarPlay and some other functions stopped working properly. It really feels like they installed a low-quality or used part. Yesterday I came back just to buy a cable for an iPhone 16 Pro Max (USB-C → iPhone), and the staff didn’t even understand which cable I needed. They tried to sell me some random third-party brand and clearly had no idea what they were selling. The only thing they kept saying was: “If you don’t like it, you have 14–20 days to return it.” This shows their attitude — instead of helping the customer and selling the right product, they waste people’s time and sell the wrong stuff so that customers have to come back again. I strongly ask the management to pay attention to this location, train the staff properly, and control the quality of repairs and products. Right now this store does not match the level of the Apple brand or the city of San Diego.

  BIG SCAM, no wonder they have 3.6 stars and dropping, I be e a new phone but took my I phone 11 to upgrade battery and quoted me 389, they didn’t have it ready when promised and when they called me to pick it up they said it was not repairable and they would sell me one for 549, I said ok but then they said I have to give them the old phone and I said why if it’s no good, of course is good they want to fix it and sell it again, this is big business scam, so sad that they will keep dropping their stars, I asked if the replacement was new and they said no and only had a 90 warranty because it was refurbished, this are (the phones that they take and resell)
