My phone was not receiving calls on all the apps like messenger, WhatsApp ,and line apps basically the call doesn’t coming through on a regular line it would buzz but not ring, they diagnostic and tried to send me home even with the phone not working , I asked them if they can send my phone in and have it look at my phone doesn’t show incoming call after I update the software 26.3 They said no and told me my phone It’s fine it is all the apps having issue not my phone and refused to have any further actions for my phone, I I have AppleCare and they still refuse to help me replace a working phone, the store told me my phone is not broken so they can’t replace it. I told them a phone doesn’t receive calls is broken. Just proved a point. I purchases a new phone And transfer all apps over and everything works fine. I left the store 8 hours later went through hell with no water or bathroom time at the store because they told me if I leave I will lose my Appointment. Finally, just to let everyone know even if you have AppleCare at this store it doesn’t matter , I made my point by buying a new phone that I was right it’s the software issue but they still refused to send the phone in to fix or replace new and continue to tell me my phone was not broken . I used to think highly about Apple company but now I have to think twice with my experience .

Went to buy a phone and a mac mini. Told the person at the entrance, they directed me and said they would send someone over. waited over an hour, then another staff came and asked if I would like them to send over one of their specialists. Meanwhile, I saw them help at least 3 others who had arrived after me at the same table. Not sure if it was some mistake or what, but I did not buy from there. disappointing.

I brought my iPhone 13 in after a frustrating few days of trying to restore it myself. Every time I attempted it at home, I kept getting an error code saying the hardware was damaged. I was pretty convinced it was done for. From the moment I walked in, Christian was calm, confident, and genuinely interested in helping me figure it out. He took the time to explain what might be causing the issue and walked me through what he was doing instead of just disappearing into the back with my phone. You can tell right away that he’s passionate about what he does. He doesn’t just “fix phones” — he really understands them. He was determined to get it working, and sure enough, he got my phone up and running again when I thought there was no hope. What I appreciated most was his honesty. While he was able to restore it, he also made thoughtful suggestions about possibly upgrading soon, explaining why the hardware error could point to bigger issues down the road. He wasn’t pushy at all — just realistic and informative. He gave me clear options and explained the pros and cons of each so I could make the best decision moving forward. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about both the technology and the customer experience, but Christian clearly does. He’s knowledgeable, transparent, and truly passionate about his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing help with their phone.

Bought Powerbeats Pro 2. I wanted to love them. The noise cancellation is outstanding, but they are terribly uncomfortable. Can only wear them for about 1 hour before I am in pain. They also drop my calls all the time. Great sound, Beats, but figure out the comfort and the call dropping. For $300 you need to have this dialed in before placing them on the market and subjecting consumers to a 14 day return policy. They are terrible and needless to say that despite having a multitude of Apple products (desktop, laptop, ipad, watch, and phone) Apple did not want to return these because of their 15 day window that i was not made aware of when I bought these. Don’t allow the sales reps to talk you into buying products. If you don’t love it from the jump, stay away and Apple needs integrity with their mission statement.

I walked into the Apple Store fully prepared to purchase an iPad Pro for my daughter and left 30 minutes later without buying anything. The store felt chaotic, yet there were about seven employees standing around. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I went to the iPad table and waited patiently, making eye contact with several team members but no one approached me. Eventually, I walked up to a staff member and told him I was ready to purchase an iPad. He took my name and told me to wait at the table. I went back and waited. They then began helping someone who came in after me. I assumed she had a quick question, but she was browsing and asking detailed questions about different models. After another 10 minutes with no assistance, I approached the same employee and asked if someone could help me since I was in a hurry and just needed to pay. His response was, “You’ll have to wait until someone’s ready.” When I pointed out that several employees appeared to be standing around, he simply shrugged his shoulders. At that point, I left and ordered the iPad online instead. For a company known for customer experience, this was surprisingly dismissive and inefficient. It honestly felt like the employees didn’t want to be there. When customers are ready to spend money and can’t get basic service, something is wrong. Very disappointed.
