  Es una pena que pague el seguro para que no me solucionen nada. Me reformatearon el celular les pregunté si iba a mantener mis números que estaban cargados en el celular me dijeron que si. No solo perdí uno de mis números todas mis cuentas, fotos todo. Básicamente fui porque el celular no andaba bien y ahora perdí muchísima información importante. Te atienden dos segundos y se van y te dejan solo con el problema. Compré este celular a $1100 hace un año en menos de un año dejó de funcionar. Pago el seguro e igual no sirve de nada. Fabrican los celulares para que te dejen de funcionar al año y compres otro. Gracias por hacerme perder información y mi número personal. Nadie te ayuda y eso que hay miles de empleados. Solo un chico intentó ayudarme al final pero se tenía que ir al break.

  STAY AWAY!! The emplyees here are absolutely incompetent! I brought my son's brand new iphone 16 in that is 5 weeks old and will not charge or turn on at all. There was a small scratch on the back but no cracks whatsoever! We were told they need to keep the phone over night to verify the EIMI numbers matched before giving us a replacement phone! Now keep in mind this phone is less than 6 weeks old, so we leave the phone and were promised a call back but never received one. So I called to check status and was told they have my replacement phone for me. I rush down to the apple store only to be confronted with a $279 bill for the replacement and they are stating it was cracked upon arrival which is a LIE!! It had a small scratch aon the back and that was all. Well when I asked why we're being charged they said it was for the damato the phone! I asked what damage and they provided my sons phone back all broken! They are basically trying to charge me for breaking my kids phone!! This feels intentional and must be how they extort their customers! NEVER buying and iphone again, from here on out only SAMSUNG!!!

  I had an appointment at 3:20pm, which was randomly cancelled by the Apple store around 12:30pm (almost 3 hours before my appointment time) saying that I no showed. I had to make another appointment for the next day. When I went the next day, they told me my logic board was broken, and refused to try to fix my laptop saying that they “don’t get paid commission.” Also told me that I could pay a data recovery company “thousands and thousands of dollars” to recover my data if I really needed it. Lack of effort and knowledge and respect. I was able to fix it myself later with help from my brother and it was not a logic board issue.

  Shout out to the employees that run around here with customers demands. Not to mention customers with little patience. My situation was dire as my business and personal life revolves around my phone. Lauren was so attentive and remembered my name each time I was in the store that day. Thank you to Lauren. Now a tech did his best giving me directions to remove my location at home bc I did not have my password. And other directions I could not remember. So I failed lost my back up bc my phone was not able to turn back on. They gave me a brand mew phone at close not connected which was later a nightmare at AT&T and had to buy another new phone bc I could not properly answer 20 year old questions. I share this part to remind everyone go into apple knowing your password. Would have made things so much easier. I tip my hat to all those techs and employees dealing with customers. It looks like tough work.

  This crew is awesome! I lost 1.5 days doing my own reinstalls. Then, frustrated and excited about the new MacBook Pro, I pulled the trigger on a new $6k MacBook Pro—but it’s 2 weeks out. I went into the store to either see if mine could e fixed to bridge me or if I had to buy a bridge Mac air. The first Mac person said I didn’t have an appt and none available so I could come back in 2 days with an appointment.😳 I said this is weird because i just spent $6k, it will ship to my house and I can get better repair service from my home (they send me box, it comes back fixed).But, he connected with his manager. The manager understood I was worn out, had bought a new Mac pro and needed a bridge🙏 They put me in “over flow” and, the place was packed. So, they said we will try to fit you in between appointments. And—they did!!! Fast forward, despite all my self help with reinstalls and ChatGPT (yes, I named him and I disagree with LinkedIn HR bots that say not to name them), amber did diagnostics to confirm no hardware issues. Did a wipe. Reinstalled and . . . Boom! Crushed it! I thanked amber and her manager. Key Apple tip: build your file system within iCLoud and you always have access. To be honest, I thought I did and then when I logged in—boom! So grateful! I hope this helps someone else!
