    Alexandra was the representative helping our family! We added a family member and upgraded a phone. She helped us through the whole process as well as the many details and the questions we had for her. Her intelligent, professional, problem solving and resourceful effort is an extreme asset to this company . She represented Verizon well. Her helpful suggestions and willingness to provide best pricing demonstrated her experience and expertise with Verizon and their competitors. Best experience ever with a phone carrier.     Terrible experience! I went in the other day to purchase the new I phone and when I asked to take a look the lady working handed me a USED phone. I couldn’t believe it myself. Touching a phone that had been USED by poor grubby hands. The mere essence of that phone around me diminished the essence of my Burberry cashmere turtleneck sweater. When I asked if I could please observe a phone that had not been tainted with the sins of the unwelthy I was astonished at the managers response when he told me “I can only let you have a new phone if you buy one.” DOES HE NOT KNOW WHO I AM!! WHO MY FATHER IS!! I will never be returning to this establishment and neither will by super rich friends and family. We will visit the AT&T store to observe new phones like a gaggle of cashmere kittens

    What is worst than bad service? No service. I walked in and waited 10 minutes and no attendant came out, I had to go out and ring their doorbell. I needed a case protector and they didn’t have it, I asked for a charger, no chargers in stock, I asked for a converter and they don’t carry them either, finally I needed to replace my screen protector and the rep removed my screen protector and as she was trying to install the new one, she realized it was the wrong size (out of two). I was told to go to Target or Walmart and wished me good luck hoping that my phone didn’t get damaged until I got the right screen protector. When I asked about how was I going to protect my phone until then , I was told to purchase the larger one. Unfortunately there was nothing she could do, obviously low in stock and not her fault. I understand that she was trying, I have to admit she had a good attitude, but at the end of the day, not her problem. I wish there was a manager, so my issue could have been resolved. My philosophy is to look for solutions, not create problems. I hope this review helps Verizon to improve and to be used as a tool.
