- KCKaren ConleyJan 5, 20261.0It was a rainy night, 1/3/26. Only 1 handicapped parking spot in parking area and taken. Verizon has 4 dedicated spots plus employee designated spots. I parked in one of the customer spots, was going to go in after picking up food to go as Keith Bambeick was talking to someone else. After picking up food to go I walked to where my car was once parked to find it gone, yes, the wait for food was longer than expected but my phone number is clearly displayed as well as the ACTIVE handicapped placard. Thank you Keith & Verizon for taking a chunk out of this senior’s monthly budget. $485.000!!!

I was told I could and when I showed up today for that appointment I was told by the same employee that I was third in line. When I asked what was the point in making the appointment I just got a sorry these people were here before you. What a joke. Looks like I will be going elsewhere to add lines to my account
