They diligently checked their system and clearly directed me to another Walmart location where the Meta 2 was available. This thoughtful assistance made me exceptionally happy. Additionally, the store's parking lot was spacious and very convenient, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. This level of outstanding customer service truly deserves recognition and praise.

  I was picking up an online order. The store is nice and tidy. However, the lady at the register desperately needs a training in customer service. Bored, unprofessional, lethargic.

  The store is nice and large, but a mistake made by the staff cost me about $5. I asked for a specific ring size, but they accidentally charged and gave me one that was twice as big. I realized it only after I had already left the store. I had to drive back, and unfortunately, my size was no longer available, so I had to return the item (thankfully, I hadn’t opened it). Because my card is in a different currency, the refund ended up costing me extra. I lost both time and money due to the staff’s lack of attention.
