I would like to especially recognize Michelle Langford, Customer Service at the San Carlos location. Michelle is outstanding, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She has assisted us several times with purchases, always helping to find the best options while also saving money through promotions and the member plan. Her ability to handle everything efficiently with such professionalism is truly commendable. Michelle’s expertise and genuine willingness to help have made every visit a great experience. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend that she be recognized for her excellent service. I would also like to acknowledge the Geek Squad team for their helpful services.
