  Lots of folks in blue shirts but spent over 30 minutes looking thru the refrigerators with not one person coming up and saying may I help you. Worst customer service ever

  Best Buy in Industrial is huge! Quite organized and easy to find what you need - just read the signs. The place is not crowded yes but contrary to what others are saying, it was hard to grab someone to help me out with the questions I had. Ended up buying a new Samsung no- glare tv. Staff are very nice and helpful once you’re able to find one. They will help you out even if it’s not the department they work at. They’re also quite knowledgeable with the products they sell and if there’s available stock. If they are unable to answer your queries, they will find someone who can.

  Today I visited Best Buy located in the San Carlos Marketplace with a problem. Two months ago I purchased a chest freezer and it had begun misbehaving due to a faulty door seal. I read my warranty, and that document said to bring it with me in the original box to the store I bought it from. Do you keep your box from an appliance you've purchased around for months after the purchase? I don't either. So, I was in the neighborhood and dropped in to have a conversation with the team there about my situation. I was directed to a supervisor named William. I've been in customer service retail for 30+ years and William treated me to the least difficult, most pain-free solution experience I have had in a long, looooong time. In less than 10 minutes I had a new freezer scheduled to be delivered to my house, and the old one picked up within the next 4 days, at no cost to me, a sincere apology for the inconvenience and an invitation to contact William directly if any other issues arise. Wow. One employee, using the resources at his disposal, with a warm and professional demeanor, has just earned Best Buy the kind of faith and loyalty that millions of dollars of marketing couldn't buy. Outstanding!
