  Best Animal hospital around .. This review is long overdue I’m so thankful for this Vet .. Dr Sun especially she’s been seeing my baby for a few years now and diagnosed him early on with Ivdd and even sends texts with updates and recommendations he has since had several episodes and had to have surgery a lil over a year ago but she has helped us along the way and has been very informative . He is currently having an episode and I took him in last week they were able to get me in same day and I showed up a few hours earlier than my appt because I was worried sick and concerned with the loss of his feeling and pain he was having and they got me in immediately . This means the world to me and Gus .. I’ll continue to come here and bring all 4 of my dogs in the future . Thanks to this wonderful team I can’t recommend them enough ❤️

  I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone is so welcoming and honest. They took me in without an appointment and saved my babies life. I appreciate all of you so much thank you!!! Dr. Sun is amazing and so so kind and the vet nurse was great I didn’t get her name though. Pebbles and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

  I have been bringing my fur babies to this location since it opened and I can never stop saying great things about it. But, about a week ago, I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog to rest and the staff, from answering all my questions over the phone, to the day of, they were nothing but compassionate, caring, and empathetic. Now, Dr. Paul V, wow!! He's the most caring vet I have every worked with. He was so kind and made the heartbreaking situation more comfortable that I could have ever imagined. He gave my baby, Oso, the most peaceful and comfortable goodbye I could have ever asked for. My family and I even received a lovely card with the the team's signatures, giving our family their condolences. Thank you again for everything VCA Northside, my family appreciates each and every one of you. I hope you all know that your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

  NOT RECOMMENDED!!! UNCARING AND EXPENSIVE!!! Having called a couple of times for different issues, showing up in person and reading a bunch of reviews & replies from "the owner" ...wow!!! This place deserves negative stars! (I wonder when Google will allow for negative stars??!!!) This place has no compassion for animal welfare, people answering the phone are rude and dismissive, and they can't get clear pricing for anything. I don't understand how places like this can be called a "hospital " when everything is by appointment and not even the same day, several days out. It is truly all about MONEY and nothing else. I read a reply from the "owner " to a person who says she loves the place & Dr except for 2 rude staff members, and owner says..... good luck finding another vet...wth???? How about putting your staff in check? It is the client who freaken feeds you! Without clients you don't have a job, you don't have anything! Horrible customer service! Places like this are disgusting! Only catering to those who can pay hundreds and thousands of $$ .
