I came in the store about three hours before closing waited and waited and waited my turn and waited even longer when I was at the front of the line, then after watching me still there the whole time they finally came back and said sorry we’re not taking any more walk-ins as my boss said a while ago we’re full for the day. To which I asked well why didn’t you tell me while I was waiting all this time in line?? Just sorry we’re distracted. 2. Then I find out that the MSI laptop I bought from them, they won’t even try to fix and told me to go to some Mom and pop shop 3. even-though their phone customer service told me they would fix it and even quoted me a price, which is why I drove nearly an hour to get to there store. Wow just wow horrible customer service and an epic waste of time a big D- if you have an alternative, I’d use it.
