Make sure your worker SALEAN, treats customers items nicely instead of tapping and knocking them on the counter while waiting for us to pay. I want my items in one piece not dented as soon as I’m paying. It’s cool to be comfortable, but don’t be too comfortable and knock my shit around like it’s yours.

Tried to call the San Bernardino Best Buy store today. Got hooked up with a lady in India, although she was super nice she would NOT let us talk to the manager at the San Bernardino store. Less than one hour ago someone stole our credit card and spent $1800 of our money 10 minutes after they stole the wallet at LA Fitness. What burns me up the most is that there is a human being on this planet that has the nerve to go to the gym and try to be physically healthy and yet their mind is so demented that they have to steal a bank card and go spend it 10 minutes later at Best Buy. Big business does not care if criminals steal from them. If they did, they would answer their phones here instead of in India. Also, they would take note of people that come in and within five minutes have $1800 worth of electronics in their cart. I’m sure there is a video of the thief. But there is no way for me to reach Best Buy to have them save it and they could call the police. If LA fitness didn’t have two teenagers working at the desk, they could’ve called the police and looked at the videos there as well. This is exactly why everything costs so much.

I preordered a game through the website and my package was delayed and lost my package. I had to jump through multiple websites and talk to multiple robots to finally contact the shipper with no information to contact anyone. I went in store. The first person told me I needed to call the corporate number. I called and I kept getting a robot and a thrown back to the website. I go back inside and need help but they keep telling me to contact the 1-888 number. They are no help whatsoever. I kept asking why am I being thrown around in circles and the manager John couldn’t give me an answer and said keep calling the corporate number. They are of little to no help.

Needed to visit this Best Buy twice during my stay in San Bernardino and both times the customer service was on point! Stepping into a store after being onsite in a dusty environment always makes me feel a little self conscious. I'm so glad that the staff here was welcoming and helpful. I was able to get what I needed with the assistance of a team member. All of my questions were answered and I felt good about my purchase.

[*My summary is below] I feel torn between 2-3 stars, based on my experience at this location. I wasn't greeted walking in, the first thing I saw were two workers on their phones. I understand there are venders that represent other company's within bestbuy, so I saw a phone company and a TV-rep, 2 people, no smiles, no 'hi good Morning, can I help you?' They were on their phones. I found my way to the area I think I was looking to be at, no one around to help. Finally asked is a worker worked there, and then they said they will ask someone else to help me, they were already with a customer, (multi-task much? hmm, I just had a quick question..) but at least they were friendly. So I waited and anther worker was walking around, and they said 'have you been helped?' I said no and then also said they will find someone to help me... ...okay. It wasn't a long wait, just 5-8 min. and when a worker came to assist me, no smile, no hi, not friendly, no asking questions, they simple said, 'its busy for a Monday. but that's what happens when you're under-staffed with low coverage.' Complaining in front of a customer... hmm... *In Summary, I know there is a wide selection of items available that Bestbuy offers, but the customer service levels makes me want to consider recommending and going elsewhere... But I want to have a reason, but rationally speaking, it's not there. Thank you for reading. Good luck.
