  All the staff I interacted with were friendly. My only complaint was how it was very hard to find someone to help me unlock and get a product or answer a question.

  My husband purchased a TV online yesterday, and we came to pick it up today (1/8) around 4:30–4:54 PM. Security directed us to the customer pickup desk, which we did. There was only one cashier working the other line, which was very busy, but the pickup desk was empty when we arrived. We stood there for about fifteen minutes. During that time, an employee named Jeremy came behind the counter twice. Each time, he avoided eye contact and did not acknowledge us at all. He never said “I’ll be with you,” “someone will help you,” or anything else. He simply handled merchandise, walked away, then came back and did the same thing again. Being completely ignored was frustrating and unprofessional. I finally went to the back to get help, and Eric assisted us right away. Eric was friendly, helpful, and took care of us quickly. He provided the level of customer service we were expecting. This experience could have been much better if we had simply been acknowledged. I appreciate Eric for stepping in and helping us, but the lack of basic courtesy from Jeremy made what should have been a simple pickup unnecessarily uncomfortable.

  Need to do something to regulate their Pokemon drops. People put 2-4 chairs for others and they come last minute and still get a spot up front. Need to implement stricter rules like other stores. Other stores have said to take a picture when you arrive and if there’s ghost chairs to show them at opening and they will kick them out of line. Sucks for the people that actually wait just to miss out of product from someone that got there an hour before opening

  Muy mala experiencia. Estoy muy decepcionada. Ya que hicieron un cobro del cual nunca me notificaron. Me siento estafada y realmente No recomiendo que vayan a comprar ahí. Ya que mientras ellos quieren vender el producto dicen muchas mentiras. Después hacen cobros hasta con intereses. Espero que si alguien lee este mensaje tome en cuenta mi triste y desagradable experiencia y piense dos veces antes de ir a un lugar donde mienten.
