Staff is amazing. I was there to switch service to Verizon and I know it can be a long process and It was busy and I believe one was training a new employee but they did a great job handling everything. They did an amazing job offering deals and try their best to find me the best rate for me. their bosses should be proud and should be buying them lunch often.

I went to the Verizon store South main Salinas. Got a new cell phone that because I was a customer for over 28 years. Verizon knocked $1,000 off. The gentleman and the young lady in the store that day were absolutely the friendliest people and helped me to everything. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to that store.
