Taxes on electronics are CRAZY right now. 23$ on a 150$ item, that's not even a new product. This isn't the only store with high prices on electronics. I bought something and got the warranty on it, unfortunately I had to return it and I still haven't received the 50$ for the warranty. Very unhappy with this. When asked they gave me a 1800# that I cannot get anyone on the phone yet to deal with it. I think you're better off going anywhere else this year for electronics.
- NANick ArnoldDec 22, 20254.0Best Buy stores in our area seem to be hit and miss for the products I’m usually looking for. Sometimes they have a lot of inventory and sometimes not, but they try. The employees have always been as helpful as possible. The only real negative thing I would say is that whenever they don’t have what you are looking for in stock they immediately steer you towards ordering online. If I wanted to order online I wouldn’t have driven 25 miles to your store, and you wouldn’t have a job. I’ve had this happen the majority of my visits. I honestly don’t know what the solution is but management should be aware and paying attention every time this happens, as they will also eventually be out of a job if they keep pushing customers to online ordering.
