I was using my service as usual for the payment of $60 and my due date is on the 26th of November of 2023 and my service was suddenly suspended without warning on November 20th. I had very important business matters to attend to and was cut of opportunities. I was also told I owe $83 per month??? What for? Why is it higher and then they suddenly said it's $61 without explaining to me anything. Terrible service and I don't recommend cricket for this deceptive practice of removing my service and MAX subscription.
