    The manager at this store was super friendly and helpful. Never offer me anything that I didn't need and always tried to lower my bill but help me with upgrades.

    My experience at this Verizon store was wonderful. The store itself is very convenient since it is in the mall, but the staff there was what made the experience enjoyable. Randy took care of us from start to finish! He was amazing and did everything possible to make the purchase of my new iPhone 17 as fast and expedient as possible. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend using this store and Randy in particular!

    Today we visited the Verizon store at Arden Mall, and we were assisted by Lorenna. She was amazing and extremely helpful! We had several issues with our plan, but she went through each one carefully and resolved everything in no time. Thank you, Lorenna. you’re truly great at what you do!

    Unbelievable. Drove an hour to get a phone after calling ahead. I was assured they had it. I made an appointment and they were going to have the phone waiting for me. Sure enough no phone. Incredibly frustrating. I advise to avoid this reseller

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience I had at your Arden Fair store. This incident occurred on September 24, 2025 at approximately 7:25 PM. When I entered the store, there were only two customers present: myself and another gentleman who was already speaking with an employee named Lakeesha. I patiently waited for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged, greeted, or offered assistance. Around 7:40 PM, another customer entered the store. Despite the fact that I had been waiting, Lakeesha immediately greeted him and began a conversation, completely ignoring me. At this point, I approached the counter myself. Only then did Lakeesha finally acknowledge me. I explained that I had been waiting for 15 minutes without a greeting and expressed that I found it to be poor customer service to overlook me while immediately assisting someone who had just walked in. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, she responded, “OK, well I’m not going to help you. Have a nice night.” Bewildered, I clarified that I was only there to turn in my old phone. Her response was, “This is not going to work out between us.” She then added that I could not turn my phone in at that location and would need to go to the Verizon store across the street. As a brand-new Verizon customer—having just switched after being a lifelong AT&T customer—this interaction was incredibly disheartening. I do not typically file complaints, but I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. For an employee to refuse service outright, especially to a new customer, is unprofessional, rude, and an extremely poor reflection on Verizon. I urge you to address this matter, as no customer should be treated this way. It is critical that Verizon ensures employees represent the company with professionalism and respect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
