It's better not to come here at all. There's a girl with a smart face sitting there as if she decides everything, but in fact she doesn't solve anything, she only creates problems. She deceived me without explaining anything, changed my operator without telling me how much I should pay, and in the end she happily tells me that I have to pay $65 every month and it's just a scam. Stop deceiving people. God be your judge.

My experience with Verizon has been nothing short of horrible. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to get assistance, only to be met with confusion, misinformation, and a complete lack of follow-through. No one has been able to help me whatsoever, and the constant runaround has been beyond frustrating. This situation should never have escalated to this level, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received.

The manager at this store was super friendly and helpful. Never offer me anything that I didn't need and always tried to lower my bill but help me with upgrades.
