This employee was exemplary in every possible way; from explaining trade in values, new phone options, using an existing phone for a teen who broke his and getting a new phone for me. She was professional, intelligent, personal, efficient, incredibly informed, and helped with new cases, protection for cameras, downloading data to new phones and more. Lovely discussions added to the experience and it felt like we were friends by the end of the purchase and set up. Thank you for such kind caring staff who treated a senior woman with grace and help. 7 stars!!!!
