    Seth was awesome! He went out of his way to get me the best deal possible & provided a lot of fun conversation while doing so! The guys at the Verizon Midtown location work hard, know their stuff, and provide great customer service.

    Verizon charged me an extremely high bill for absolutely no valid reason. I simply switched to a different carrier, and out of nowhere I was hit with massive charges that were never clearly explained upfront. Apparently, Verizon has hidden policies and fees that only show up after you leave — which feels deceptive and unethical. At no point was I properly warned that changing carriers would result in such a ridiculous amount being charged. Customer service was unhelpful and gave vague explanations instead of taking responsibility. This feels like a tactic to trap customers or punish them for leaving. If you’re considering Verizon, be very careful. Read every line of fine print because they will charge you heavily and act like it’s normal. I do not recommend Verizon due to lack of transparency and unfair billing practices.

    Verizon is one of the worst companies to do deal with. A supervisor said she would give us a credit because they have been double charging us for 1.5 yrs. Then when I called and spoke to a supervisor, they told me only the supervisor who said she would credit us can give the credit because it is not the same Verizon. This company is terrible. Get phone or TV service somewhere else. They had sent us an email and then claimed they never sent it even though I am looking right at it. Then they claim that there were no notes about the credit. Then I spoke to supervisor. Same answer. Then another supervisor and she saw the notes and the email. They try to make you so upset that you give up. That is what they do. Do not trust them.
