A day or two later we returned to pick up the phone and had excellent help from Alexis. Both of them were very patient and knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us and explained everything.

What he did was cut my monthly by $2/month, AND without my knowledge or permission added a home device insurance plan that would have cost me $25/month if I had not closely read my subsequent emails. When I reported him to Verizon and Assurian I found out my cost reduction was almost $30/month...hidden by his larceny. Took me hours to fix. Shame on you Jale*!!
