  Went into pay my phone bill right before closing and Vivian was very friendly and I asked if she had time to add a tablet to my business account and would understand if it would be better to come the next day since it was past closing and she said she would be more than happy to assist me regardless! Ended up leaving with a tablet for my daughter and she made sure to accommodate me to my car while I put my daughter in her car seat before going inside store to make sure we were safe ! She went over and beyond and I will always bring my business to Vivian at this location from now on thank you 🙏

  my first negative experience at this florin location happen several months ago when two store employees white skinny male and a asian decent female had witness there supervisor accept my cash payment without charging me the $3.00 service fee on two other occasions and then when the opportunity presented itself at the beginning of that month when i'm able to pay my phone bill after receiving my welfare benefits on my card, which was known by the supervisors trevor and george , two white males. no supervisors was physically present on this day when i went to pay my bill like previous months before. skinny white male and asian female tried to charge me the service fee which i refused to pay and both of them previously knew and was instructed not to charge me. alot of words was exchanged and i proceeded to calling customer services and making a complaint of the inner-actions and verbal abuse and abuse of authority. i was forced to go to another verizon location to pay my phone without being charged the service fee, freeport location !!! This post will have todays date 10-2-2025 which another incident happened at the florin location when i tried to make a payment, asian decent female and same skinny white male were there today, asian female again stated i have to pay the service fee and i could wait on trevor the supervisor and proceeded to go get the supervisor, of course asian employee alleges negative hostility from me based on the supervisor approachment towards me after coming out to speak with me. supervisor stated it would be about 30 minutes before he was done in his meeting. as supervisor was departing trevor/supervisor stated that his employees did not like me and that i should just leave!! how stunning of an admission in front of other customers !!!! i must be black and i didn't request to be a black human being. none of them deserve to work there, why should anyone deserve to be able to do something in the dark and get away with it by having multiple people say the same thing to deceive the truth. this is one of many extreme challenges for a regular normal black man that is for decency.
