  Terrible experience had me wait an hour for a manager all so they can tell me they had an emergency and won’t be here until 2 pls don’t be liars and tell customers you refuse to take a refund SMH waste of time and gas

  We signed up for a plan at this Verizon store. The manager told us we would be paying $120 per month. But when the bills came, we were charged $300 per month for 3 months. When we went back to the store, they said “sorry, the manager put you on the wrong plan” and refunded us only $60. Later we also found out that he had added insurance and other things we never asked for. In the end, we lost a lot of money. This store is dishonest and just scams people
