Went in today to complete a trade in with my old iPhone 12 for the new iPhone 17. Long story long, I wanted the lavender 17 but had to jump different stores/associates just to get it since they sold out quickly. Came in and got serviced with Will and unfortunately things got wonky when I had purchased the phone in the first place. Will did a great job problem solving for us and helped us get to the solution of what was going so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Thanks so much Will!

Don't buy anything from this store..pls open up your brand new phone right there cause they sell you some one else return as new phone inside charge toggle broken and when you come home and go back they won't fix it for free

Leaving such a high review only because of an employee, Isaiah. I went in asking about switching from AT&T to Verizon and they were having an outage but he stuck with me and gave me a print out etc. When I was ready to switch I came in and asked for him. He stuck with me through the entire process which took several hours, answering all my question and was a pure star of customer service and satisfaction. I had to go back the next day to ship a phone and we constantly ran into issues, however Isaiah took care of everything. A week later I went back to activate the shipped phone and even though he was helping/finishing up with another customer, he started working on my stuff as well. I can honestly say he's the reason I decided to stay with Verizon after all the issues we encountered trying to set this up. He knows what he's doing and he doesn't push you off because he's off the clock or he needed to move on to another guest. Highly recommend going to see him!

I had a phenomenal experience at this Verizon location, thanks to Amar. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the best options based on my needs. Amar went above and beyond in answering every one of the many questions my sister-in-law and I had, with patience and clarity. Even while assisting us, he remained aware of the store, ensuring that no other customers were left unattended. If Verizon doesn’t give this guy a raise or promotion, I’d be more than happy to bring someone like him over to my team :)
