They tried to make me wait an hour and a half to purchase a phone that they were sold out of and have been sold out of for a long time. Rather than just Asking a quick question if I wanted the most popular phone on the market, which they are sold out of.
No shits given to customer service or respect for people’s time.
A simple qualifying question when I signed in is all it would’ve taken.

0/10 recommend. While you have Verizon, they're okay at best. Their customer service to transfer you to another carrier is beyond atrocious. I've spoken with 4 different customer service reps, not one has given proper information on how to do it. While in the store, the sales rep clearly stated that they're only there for "sales and customer service", but was unable to perform any actionable task, or assist me in transferring to another carrier. As a company I have seen absolutely no professional respect towards my situation, lacking all humanity and empathy. After many Verizon Reps have stated my phone was unlocked, it still isn't and are refusing the answer the call from my new carrier. Ivan, ext. 7242030, has also yet to email the transcription from our recorded conversation after it was repeatedly asked for. Verizon as an entity has continued to refuse to unlock my phone (completely paid off by the way), effectively preventing me from using my own property. Last I checked, preventing someone from using or accessing their property constitutes as theft. I survived 20 years without a cell phone/Verizon, and at this point I'll happily go the rest of my life without Verizon. This experience has left me with such a bad experience, I'll forever be recommending everyone away from them.
Update: Jan6, two days later. Verizon has actually refused (or proven so incompetent) to unlock my phone. I strongly advise no one use Verizon, ever.

Disgusting associates, we’re standing and waiting for them for 45 minutes and they act like they don’t see you and don’t even hurry up with their customers, they were talking off topic. Worst customer service!!!

I visited this store specifically because I needed help switching devices and didn't have a backup phone to use in case of a disconnection over the phone. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with extreme passive-aggression and ridicule from the woman at the front desk.
When I asked a legitimate question about my device switch, she literally laughed in my face and told me, "OH TRUST ME EVERYONE DOES THAT IT CANT BE DONE NOPE TRUST ME CANT BE DONE BYE."
The most frustrating part? I left, called Verizon support anyway, and they completed the "impossible" switch in less than 10 minutes.
It is incredibly disappointing to go out of your way to visit a physical store only to be mocked and lied to by a representative who clearly didn't want to do her job. If you need actual help, save your time and call corporate or go to a different location. The staff here is rude and incompetent.

Very disappointed. 12/20 I scheduled an appointment for today 12/21 with a verizon representative at 10am. I get here at 10am and they are not even open. I knocked various times and the opener let me stand there for 10 minutes .Horrible and a waste of my time. The lady who i spoke with at 11:35am should have been sure her stores hours. With that said and lack of knowledge shows me this verizon on north freeway doesnt value new costumers and being punctual. I will go to another verizon. Thanks
