    This store is the worst ever. I am a new customer to Verizon switching from t mobile because my bill was going to be $200 cheaper, and have nothing, but issues this entire time. It took forever to get my phones because UPS was delivering to the wrong address. I called into this location for help (as instructed by the call center because this is a corporate location) and was literally told by their representative Justin literally told me I should have stuck with t mobile. I came into the store the next day and Amaar was super helpful. There wasn’t much he could do from his end but he ensured me we would get it fixed. The issue was never fixed due to things beyond his control. I called into the call center over the following two weeks and nothing was done. I came back into the store and the manager argued me up and down about how the corporate store cannot help and how it was my fault because I told them to cancel my phone line. I have his actual writing on my documents from the first visit and he disregarded me as if I was nothing. He cut me off and would not let me speak. He then proceeded to walk off and get one of his employees to help me as he hid in the back. The employee was patient and helpful, but then I was left to talk with customer service on my own. Long story short bill my bill is still wrong and no one has helped. I’m actually on the phone with Verizon call center as I am writing this. Just was right in telling me I should have stuck with T-Mobile. Worst experience ever!!! And I have auto pay so the bill will come out of my account and no one cares to fix this. I started service 12/9 but I am being charge for November when I started my account 12/9. No one cares to help.
