I've gone to this animal hospital twice: once as an emergency, and once for essentially urgent care. Both times, the staff were incredibly kind. Everyone here is a saint, I absolutely trust them with my cat's life.

DONT SORRY ME IT WILL NEVER BRING MY CAT ALIVE. As a man. This is very heartbreaking for me. If these people are animal killers and don’t reply to me saying oh I’m sorry for your loss that must be hard. You said sorry to me 10 times when I went there what should I do with your sorry? from my experience I brought my cat in and they told us that it was pretty sick even though there was nothing wrong with it when we brought it there they told us that they were going to be doing a treatment on it and then the next day we could pick it up and then when you were ready to pick it up, it was $1000 and higher, and we all had the money to pay for it. They killed our our cat without our permission with no information the way they killed it was that they euthanized and they put the cats on the freezer and labeled them so it doesn’t stink up. That’s what they told us. I hope you guys get sued. I will never forgive u.😡

Took my senior dog that has been having a lot of issues in, the nurse was extremely rude pretty much told me if I can’t afford the bills I shouldn’t have pets, made me feel less then. They don’t care about the situations it’s all about money and the ridiculous high thousands of dollars for a visit and then they still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my dog. Terrible customer service

I took my cat in to get checked up because his stool was bloody, and he was vomiting excessively. I brought him in to the VCA, they took him in, and I had to wait 3+ hours to get a room to talk to them, which was very frustrating. Especially since I could've gone and done other things instead of waiting. Once I got a room, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes to see the Vet. They recommended some treatments, and I went ahead with doing them. I left and came back after 2+ hours. The vet tech said I was ok to go, so I picked him up and took him home. The cat carrier I use, there is a floppy outer container and a hard bottom that attaches and detaches. The bottom supports him while I carry him. When I got my cat back, I noticed that the hard top piece was on top of him. Basically he was being squished and had no support when I carried him. I have taken him to the vet multiple times and this has never happened before. To me it looks like mistreatment on their end towards him. When we got home, my cat had a bandage on his leg. I didn't know that he had a bandage on his leg or why and I wasn't told anything about it. I left it on because I assumed that it was there for a reason. The next day I was checking up on my cat, and I noticed that, on the leg with the wrap, his foot was swollen. He was walking funny and had trouble jumping. I called the Vet and after going back and forth with their team, they told me that they 'accidentally' left the bandage on and that he could potentially have damage to his foot because of it being on for so long. I took the bandage off and they told me that I need to come in as soon as possible for a 'free' checkup to his foot. Basically they were just trying to save their own ass from potential issues. If they had given him proper care, I wouldn't have been in this situation to begin with. When I was going back and forth with them, I spoke to three different people, and each person sounded very urgent and repeatedly recommended that I take him in as soon as possible. The next morning I took him in again. After they examined him, they told me that he looks fine, which was a huge relief. Overall, I am very disappointed with their service of mistreating my cat and also how they almost damaged him due to carelessness.
