Two cats both died under their care.I would not recommend this place as an emergency service. They kill animals, and that's what they do.That is my experience. And that is what i'm sharing. Both of my cats went there for emergency services and both died. The second oneThey tried to bill me 47 hundred fifty dollars on a phone call, while my cat hadn't been alive for ten minutes. But they wanted to bill me for the emergency c p.R that they performed, but they wouldn't even tell me that my cat had been dead for ten minutes already. It took arguing with them on the phone. In order to find this out, do not take your animal here for emergency care. They are the worst place in the world

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They've saved my pets many times over the years and have always been able to deal with my bigger dogs that, when injured, have had issues with other places. I'm not saying they're the cheapest, but emergency services cost money, and its always been worth it since its what needed to be done, and they were able to help at hours when Im not working.

This place is extremely expensive. They say the exam is $199 but it's two thousand plus extra more to do a real exam.

Very bad experience. Terrible service. I arrived around 6 p.m. The secretary checked my dog in and sent us a text message stating the wait was 2 to 3 hours. Two hours later, three more dogs arrived and were treated, while mine was still on hold. Mine was classified as a Level 2 emergency, just like the dogs that came in after us. In fact, one of the three dogs that came in after us was a Level 3 emergency, a lower level than mine, and yet they saw him first. If I didn't approach the secretary to ask when my dog would be seen, she kept putting dogs in before me. She told me, "If you like, I can go ask the doctor if he can see your dog." My dog appeared on the screen three hours later. It was clearly a racist issue. Perhaps if you're Hispanic/Mexican, it would be better to look for other care options. And of course, what others are saying is true: money is the priority here, not your pet.

My dog was prescribed incurin and the day she was prescribed I called multiple times asking for where to get the prescription. I was told at the office. Then I was told no the pharmacy needs to send to Costco or some other place( forgot the name) the next day the pharmacy calls and says we can send to Costco so I told them the one on E Stockton is fine so she said she would send it to them and then later the following morning I got a call that Costco was back logged and she can try another place but needs to make sure they have it. So I looked on Amazon and they had it but Amazon need them to approve the medication. They told me that once they get it they would approve it first thing next day. NOPE took two days and I called them and they said they don’t see it. ( not sure if it was Amazon or them). Finally got the medication which she has to continue. I called them Saturday asking where can I pick up the meds she is almost out. And omg they told me the pharmacist will call me (same run around) pharmacist did and said I have a refill at Costco already and I said are you sure before I go there because last time there was a issue and I had to purchase on Amazon . She said she only sees Costco as she does not see anything about Amazon previously. So I called Costco and guess what! THEY DONT HAVE A ORDER SUBMITTED EVER for my dog. So for them I see you have to do their job for them.
