3 unfavorable visits; brought treatment plan in before Vet Irene even saw or assessed my cat. 2. Prescribed nausea medicine for allergies, which did not help. 3. Disco tinued his pull flesh and medicine with our any notice and prescribed a topical he had a reaction too and then refused to see him to assess.
Shameful uncaring behavior.
Pharmacy takes two days and in the office the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing.
When trying to explain his symptoms I was told to sheryp and it would be an ER visit for their mistake!
Rude and uncaring.

I love this place because they specialize in anxious animals. I have a nervous chihuahua, and this place has vibes more like a spa than a hospital. You will feel calm & so will your pet. Even the demeanor of the vets & techs is gentle.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Poon! My dog Luna gets very anxious at the vet — she was pacing, sniffing, and wouldn’t sit still in the waiting room. The moment Dr. Poon walked in, her bubbly personality filled the room. She immediately got down on the floor to Luna’s level, letting Luna lick her face and showering her with affection. Within minutes, Luna was calm and relaxed — even lying comfortably on the exam room floor like she was at home on the couch!
Dr. Poon took the time to get to know Luna, and during the exam she was able to draw blood and detect a tumor that needed to be removed. On the day of surgery, Dr. Poon personally called me to reassure me that everything went smoothly.
I’ve had some bad experiences with the VCA in the past, but now that Dr. Poon is here, I finally feel confident bringing Luna back. If she ever moves to another clinic, we’ll follow her — that’s how much we trust and appreciate her amazing, professional, and loving care.
