  Yesterday, January 14, I went to that store to get a car sim since I lost it. The lady who attends me offered me a cell phone to which I accepted and the lady gave me the cell phone without a sim card and without an invoice for my purchase I’ll just wait for the store to respond for the sales without an invoice and not lose my money And to be able to get what I was looking for Ayer, 14 de enero, fui a esa tienda para conseguir una tarjeta SIM de coche ya que la perdí. La señora que me atiende me ofreció un teléfono móvil que acepté y la señora me dio el teléfono móvil sin una tarjeta SIM y sin una factura por mi compra Solo esperaré a que la tienda responda por las ventas sin una factura y no perderé mi dinero Y poder conseguir lo que estaba buscando

  I thought I got a great deal here until I learned today that my phone plan was upgraded without being told to the highest cost plan. I am so disgusted with the tactics employed by retailers in this area. This is the second Cricket store that I have been to that had tried to screw me out of money for no reason and without notifying me, and both owned by the same independent company. Cricket's corporate also won't help to fix it either, shame on this company.

  Awesome customer service they helped me find a phone and it was a really good phone and they have great service... I love cricket :))))
