  Very disappointed with the customer service here , I bought a phone on friday the 25th , I wasn’t satisfied with the service so I tried to return it with in the 7 day policy, I called to confirm if this policy was still good and they told me I couldn’t return it , I called customer service and they told me I could aslong as I returned it with the 7 days , as I proceeded to tell them what that had told me they still didn’t want to give me the refund , the girl at the desk was being rude and laughing while talking to her manager , she was being very unprofessional. Customer service had to litarllet force them to give me my refund .

  I was so disappointed today by the customer service in the store. The reason I even gave 3 stars is because of the great customer service I received over the phone speaking with the manager several weeks prior to my visit to the store today. The manager over the phone was very helpful with answering all of my questions. He, also, gave me some great tips. He spoke with me over 30 minutes. I arrived today (Saturday) at 10 am when the store opened to buy an upgraded phone. The person that opened the store was running late. At 10:05 am he opened the door to let me in. I stated I was looking to upgrade my phone and asked me what phone I was looking to buy. I told him and then he said to have a seat because he had to still get ready to open the store. It was almost 10:20 am and he was still getting ready. I told him I was going to get a cup of coffee and come back. After thinking about it again while getting coffee, I decided to go home. My problem was not that he was running late or that I had to wait. My problem as a customer was that there was no acknowledgement. There has to be some kind of an apology for running late. I felt he was annoyed I was there. Now, I have to decide if I stay with Cricket or look for another carrier.
