  I just came to pay my phone bill and the person helping me didn't charge me the correct amount; they overcharged me by $20. I'm posting this so you'll be careful when coming to this establishment.

  Their service is terrible!!! I used this company for 4 years, and suddenly I was charged $5 more. I came to the store twice but they said I have call their customer service 611. I called the number, waited for 15 minutes, and then they didn't solve anything before hanging up. That's enough! I will change another provider and won't use this company at all! I talked to the customer service again after I wrote this review. Actually, I don't think cricket deserve any customers. They made a huge mistake and they tried to blame the customer at all. I will stop use my service and I will never use use any products/service in my whole life

  I actually like Cricket wireless, but I do have one major issue with them. When my husband and I started our service with them, we got 2 free phones with the startup service. The sales clerk told me at the time, that if we didn't like our phones, or if anything at all was wrong with them, to just bring one or both of them back to the store within the first 7 days, and they would replace them for free. My husband's phone had something seriously wrong with from the very first day. I took the phone back to the store on the third day, and the sales clerk wouldn't take it back, or replace it like the original clerk that helped me said. This second clerk gave me a phone number and said I had to call this number and send the phone back to the company in order to have it replaced. This is very inconvenient for me, and it is not what the first sales clerk told me. I think that it is very important that this company honor what they tell their customers, because if they don't honor it, it makes the customer have to go out of their way to get their phone replaced, and this is not right. Now my husband has a phone that has never worked properly and we have to go through a lot of unnecessary stuff in order to get his phone replaced. Not good Cricket Wireless!
