  Online it says 3 times are in stock, then I go in person and the area where they would be is unorganized. Ask an employee and they don’t know where it is, I end up finding it after searching the store.

  Josiah is outstanding! His calm and very professional demeanor went a long way as he helped me through my phone issues. He gave thorough recommendations and helped me understand what I needed to do. Customer Service isn't lost on him. Best Buy is lucky to have him on staff.

  Wow, all the employees here are really proactively helpful. They go to help you like instantly and made sure to walk with me to the right shelves. Got everything I needed quick and a few tech support pointers, so I'm happy. Thanks!

  This is a good Best Buy. I've been in some that were soaked in misery, but this location does not have that vibe. We went to buy car speakers. We were approached promptly and the young man who helped us was great. He remained close by to answer questions without being underfoot. He was patient while we made up our minds. He even checked us out so we didn't have to stand in line.

  The only reason I’m making this comment is for Best Buy Corporate to make a change. I need to call this store to ask if the Verizon kiosk is open and attended to because a sales person there was very helpful in finding a plan and we want to move forward and purchase it. But we’d like to confirm if he is there—- BUT the phone number doesn’t work. AI either cuts the call or sends it to a call center and they don’t have a way to connect to the store either.
