Experience was so bad that it has frighten or upset so much someone from getting a much needed phone and service from another store, even when live so close by to it. Now i haven't heard from this person for a few days now. Hope they're ok. And i was the one that suggested them to get a phone at best buy. (Sighs) But who knew it would be this bad...?? The only positive note would be one of the managers is nice.
