    I recently bought a dryer from them. The dryer works great, but when I made the purchase, I didn’t know they were charging me for shipping. I told the employee which dryer I wanted, he rang it up, and said the total included ‘some extra charges and fees,’ but he never explained what they were. I assumed they were standard things like taxes. When I checked my receipt later, I saw they charged me $40 for shipping. I already spent $500 on the dryer, so I would have expected shipping to be free. If I had known about the extra $40 charge, I might have gone elsewhere. When he said ‘fees,’ I didn’t think it meant a separate shipping charge. Home Depot even offers free home delivey if I would have known what the thieves were for I may have went somewhere else to use the extra 40 to buy a better one.

    They don't warn you that if you get store credit instead of a direct refund you can't use it to buy gift cards. So they'll keep yo money and tell you how they want you to spend it. Edit after their comment: I already contacted them hoping to get a actual explanation and instead I was just quoted their policy.

    Best Buy, the company itself, not this store, it sucks so bad. They have no real customer service orientation. They offshore everything to India or Pakistan, to people in call centers who have no real concern for whether your stuff arrives on time. This morning, they canceled the delivery of my refrigerator that I ordered two weeks ago. Apparently they can’t even get inventory right, and they just don’t care. They’ll give you a 12 hour window on a weekday, like, who can do that? They just don’t care and I am done shopping there.
