  The biggest issue with this store is the management. The behavior I experienced was unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such poor leadership represent a business that should value its customers. The manager clearly needs additional training on how to properly handle situations and communicate in a professional manner. I recommend shopping at another Best Buy location if you plan to, as dealing with Christina at natomas gets you nowhere. Very distasteful behavior. Will be calling corporate to report her behavior.

  Terrible experience tonight! The woman working here seems to be very aggressive! She was extremely rude. I won’t be shopping at this store again! Christina, you seem really unhinged.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Natomas Best Buy with a manager named Christina. I came in to ask a simple question about price matching and was not given a clear answer. Throughout the conversation, her tone and facial expressions were rude and dismissive. When I told her I felt she was being rude and asked for her name and who her supervisor was, she responded that she was the manager and told me to “call corporate.” I told her I planned to, and that I would also be returning my product. At that point, she shouted “get the hell out of my store” and continued yelling while following me toward the registers. I never raised my voice and walked away from the interaction, but she continued to escalate the situation and ultimately called the police while I was attempting to return my item and leave peacefully. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I expect better behavior from management at a national retailer.

  Worst experience ever. I was denied a return due to a minor scratch on the item. When I rerurned it the cashier took the item to the back and she came back with manager to deny my return. Why couldn't they inspect it in front of me. How do I know the scratch was not caused in the back. I never had an issue with returning items. The manager I spoke to was from geek squad. He came across as rude and vindictive. I was embarrassed in front of other associates. The manager could of handled it better but didn't. I felt like I was targeted. Im utterly disgusted. Bad customer service

  I needed tech support for my cell phone glitch. Darren counseled me to get a new phone on sale. I had to leave for another appt and returned the next day when I was assisted by Bruce. Both of these gentlemen were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions, and took care of me!! Excellent 5 Star service!! It pays to have a Geek Squad service subscription, and buying my phones from Best Buy; as the insurance on the device is covered by the said service subscription!! 🙏👍👌
