Although I had to wait for an hour and a half it was well worth the wait. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful, not only that but they actually have classes in the back of the store to help people get more acquainted with their Apple products.

Dropped off my laptop to get a repair. it's an older one so I didn't have high hopes. we confirmed a few details. About two weeks later they said they found water damage and due to the age to my device, they cannot repair it. Fair, I told them I will pick up.
When I picked up, they had closed the laptop but inside there were some rattling. turns out they just half haphazardly closed it up and didn't bother screwing down everything. they also mentioned water damage, but when I look at my water indicators, they were white, and not pink/red.
So I was expecting to at least get my machine back in the same state I turned it back into them, I got it back worse but at least there wasn't any permanent damage yet. If I let things loose inside, it would have probably broken my laptop even more to force me to finally get a new one.

Had an update for my iPhone updated everything now everything is messed up called the store and everything got worse I was told if this donβt work go to my service provider Verizon apple has very poor customer service from now on l will never update my phone again it just screws everything up ππΌππΌππΌππΌ
