    I came in with my Apple Watch Ultra 2, which had stopped working after swimming. I was honestly worried that someone might tell me it was my fault or that I shouldn’t have been swimming with them. But from the very first moment, DeAnthony was incredibly friendly and reassuring. He smiled the whole time, listened carefully, and told me there was nothing to worry about. I explained that I’ve owned several Apple Watch models before and always swam with them. He confirmed that it was completely fine and that the watches are designed for that, which immediately made me feel better. He took my watch in for diagnostics and explained that the technicians would check everything, and that I might even receive a replacement if necessary. Throughout the entire conversation he was positive, polite, and very professional. Thank you so much for the amazing service. Employees like DeAnthony truly make the Apple Store experience exceptional.

    I received an Apple iPhone 17 pro max. It powered off and will not charge or turn on. They ran a diagnostic and confirmed it is defective. I’ve had the phone for less than a week. They refused to exchange it. Rude manager refused even though I am heading out of the country tomorrow morning. Will never go back to have my time wasted.

    I had a very bad experience at this Apple Store. The salesperson gave me incorrect information and was completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager, he was even worse—disrespectful, rude, and not helpful at all. I expected much better customer service from Apple. Definitely a zero-star experience.

    How about instead of artificial intelligence on my phone, you use actual intelligence with regard to how a keyboard works. That way I dont have to write every thing three time as I try to correct it. Like I have this message.

    It was a Friday night, just 2 hours before they close at 8 pm - it took me at least an hour to buy a phone. I kept scouting for staff to help us - I just want to buy a phone and leave! I understand that there were tons of people that time but this store is clearly understaffed. I approached a blonde dude who’s idling and he said that I have to wait for a Sales Rep so… I guess not every staff here can accommodate me if I’m buying something? Ridiculous. Idk if it’s just me, but I don’t really have high standards of service. But it’s hard not to compare the service from other Apple stores I have visited around the world - this Apple store is by far the worst! The guy who helped us also kept pushing me to subscribe to AppleCare - even if I clearly said I don’t need it and I don’t want it TWICE. He was extremely pushy and I was like deep inside - FINE I’ll subscribe just to shut you up and so I could leave. But this is not how you encourage customers to pay for your services! I know how insurance works - you don’t need to explain it to me Also regarding transferring eSIM from my old phone to my new phone: Idk why I had to pay $35 to AT&T just to transfer my damn eSIM! Upgrade fee? Why do I need to pay ATT for an upgrade fee when I’m paying this phone in full and not through an ATT payment plan? So dodgy and sneaky!
