    I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was super helpful and friendly, guiding me to exactly what I needed without any pressure. The selection of electronics is impressive, and I left feeling like I got a great deal.

    Apparently, this location is known for poor management, as noted in other reviews. Today, I tried to return an online order that arrived damaged. After getting the return process started through customer service, they advised that if I did not want to wait for FedEx to pick up the item, then wait an additional several days for the refund to be processed, I could take it to a store for immediate return/refund. So, I drove 50 miles to the nearest store in Natomas, Ca. I brought the item and the email with return info with me, and after waiting for manager Jorden Marquez to show up, he spent several minutes reading through the notes and emails, only to tell me I had to ship the return through FedEx, no in-store return option. He refused to help, stating there was nothing in the notes about an in-store return, despite what I was told by customer service. I tried calling corporate customer service but they were closed. So now, I'm going to have to contact customer service AGAIN, and have them sort it out, a 100 mile day for nothing, and a manager who chose the easy route and to lose a customer. BestBuy as a business is now off my list, Jordan Marquez is not management material and I'll continue to post reviews. Note: After seeing the canned response from BestBuy, I will NOT try contacting them via social media. They need to step up and deal with this customer directly, but I doubt they will. They have my contact info.

    Had scheduled an appointed for phone screen repair, came all the way from Davis for this, and they couldnt let me know in time that it wouldnt be possible today because they didnt have the part. Said we tried calling you. I got one call, i missed it cause i was getting on the train, and I tried calling back but it went to one of those automated lines. And i check for any other communication on mail or text but none. When i reached the store finally they said sorry nope. They had sent a message in the morning saying be ready for your appointmer, they couldnt send a text agaon saying not possible? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Not even worthy of one star if they cant respect other’s time and efforts

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Natomas Best Buy with a manager named Christina. I came in to ask a simple question about price matching and was not given a clear answer. Throughout the conversation, her tone and facial expressions were rude and dismissive. When I told her I felt she was being rude and asked for her name and who her supervisor was, she responded that she was the manager and told me to “call corporate.” I told her I planned to, and that I would also be returning my product. At that point, she shouted “get the hell out of my store” and continued yelling while following me toward the registers. I never raised my voice and walked away from the interaction, but she continued to escalate the situation and ultimately called the police while I was attempting to return my item and leave peacefully. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I expect better behavior from management at a national retailer.
