  Wasted two hours trying to add my son as an authorized decision maker on our AT&T account so we could upgrade his phone. Staff kept giving us conflicting information, couldn't resolve it, and ultimately cancelled and re-ordered for shipping instead. Zero communication, zero problem-solving. If you're dealing with anything carrier-account related, save yourself the trip.

  Plenty of parking! In front in back on the sides and a parking garage. There is even Valet parking at ARDEN FAIR MALL. Decent food court. Accessible bathrooms for all walks of life with a FAMILY restroom however it isn't always open/ available. Plenty of lighting outside. Lots of variety for shopping choices. Some stores ridiculously priced high and some stores BARGAIN prices depending on what your looking for. Has working elevators and escalators. Nice and clean, SHARP looking (kudos to the cleaning maintenence crew) good place to just walk around d and people watch if u dont want to do any actual shopping (tho trust me, something will catch your eye!) Used to b alot more seating available thru out the mall but not so much i noticed now. If u cant walk far or tire easily GET A WHEELCHAIR and have someone push u around bcuz its WORTH the time.
