Verizon Business has been extremely disappointing. Phone support regularly hangs up mid-call, forcing you to start over from scratch. When you go into a physical Verizon store, multiple employees are present, yet they refuse to help and insist you must call the business support number.
The problem? The Verizon Business phone line repeatedly instructs you to go into the store — creating an endless loop with no resolution. This is not a one-off incident; it happens repeatedly.
Basic account issues, including security and account updates, are mishandled or never resolved. There is no accountability, no ownership, and no effective escalation path. As a business owner, this level of disorganization and disregard for customers’ time is unacceptable. Verizon Business should be ashamed of how poorly it supports paying business clients.

Erica gave me by far the best experience I’ve had in customer service. She was willing to help with whatever we needed and she made us feel as if we were valued. It felt like we had a friend helping us instead of somebody doing a job. If you need help with anything this store is the place to go too.
